Lithuanian companies start using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Just a few days ago, one of the largest Lithuanian business companies – Agrokoncernas Group of companies – has chosen a highly customisable and powerful business management system Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is the latest version of the previously popular Dynamics AX system. It is just starting the steps in Lithuania and helping to optimise business management by providing innovative opportunities.
The objectives of this project are to focus on updating the business processes of the Agrokoncernas Group companies and increasing efficiency, faster and fairer decision-making and continues development of managed activities.
Blue Solutions conducted the analysis of business requirements together with the specialists of Agrokoncernas and provided suggestions for improving processes and adapting the standard system, as much aspossible, to the specific needs of the business. During the analysis, both companies became convinced that a smooth cooperation and professional approach to problem solving will ensure efficient system adaptation.
Agrokoncernas Group of companies and Blue Solutions, having conducted the requirements analysis, agreed to start with implementation project. Already at the beginning of the project, the customer will be able to use this system, and a few months later the system will be used by all major companies of Agrokoncernas Group. At the end of the year, it is planned to implement one of the most important stages of the digital transformation project – to allow the majority of Agrokoncernas companies using the system.
